Two programs that do not talk to each other
And someone on your team copying data from one to the other every week.
Two, or three. Or your website with the program where you really run the business.
One of these will ring a bell
- The diary that does not reach invoicing, so somebody types every appointment again
- The spreadsheet a person moves into the management program on Friday afternoons
- Bookings that come in one place and get written down by hand in another, with the risk of duplicating one
- The warehouse that says one thing and the website that says another
That is not just lost time. It is the mistake that slips in on a busy day, and that you find out about three weeks later.
It works with any pair: put your two programs in the boxes. And when the person goes, two more things go with them: the wait until Friday and the piece of data typed in wrong on a busy day.
How we do it
- We look at your two systems for real, from the inside, before saying a number. If one of the two does not allow a connection, it is known here and not later.
- We give you a fixed quote with what the connection is going to do, field by field.
- We build it and we test it with your real data, not with example data.
And does it connect with the program I use?
It depends on whether that program lets anything in, and that cannot be known from memory: some programs open the door and some do not. Tell us which one you use and we will look into it. If it lets us in, we tell you what can be carried from one to the other and what cannot. If it does not, we tell you that too, and we do not charge you for finding out.
The guarantee
Before quoting we look inside your two systems. That is why the quote says, field by field, what the connection is going to do. If when we finish it does not do what we put there, we fix it without charging you more. And if it cannot be done, we give you back what you have paid.
The one who promises without looking is the one who later asks you for an extension.
And afterwards · watched, not delivered and that's it
A connection goes down. They change a key, the other program updates, the internet drops one night. What matters is finding out: if it goes down, an alert fires on our side and we look at it. You do not have to discover it through a client's complaint. And it does not end with the alert: we fix it ourselves, and we tell you what happened. Monitoring is part of the maintenance, it is not an extra.
If something goes down, an alert fires here before anyone notices.
The next step
Which two systems refuse to talk?
Tell us which ones, and what your team copies by hand. We tell you whether they can be connected, how, and what happens the day one of them changes.
