What data do we collect:
the ones you leave us in the forms (name, business, phone, email, and what you tell us) and the technical data of the visit.
What for:
to answer you, to prepare the diagnosis, and to manage the work if you end up being a client.
On what legal basis:
your consent when you write, and the contractual relationship when we are already working together.
How long do we keep them:
as long as necessary for that purpose, and then for the time required by billing laws.
Who else handles them:
the providers that make this work: hosting, email and messaging, visit analytics (the site side we host ourselves; the product side runs on PostHog, on their servers in the European Union), and Google Fonts, which serves the fonts and receives your IP when loading the page. If you accept marketing cookies, also Meta.
What can you ask us for:
to see your data, correct it, delete it, take it with you, or tell us to stop using it.
Cookies:
the essential ones and the measurement ones, which can be accepted or rejected in the same notice. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
How do we protect them:
the connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS), access is limited to those who need to use it for their work, and providers who handle them are bound by contract.
What we don't do:
we do not sell your data. And we do not share it with anyone to sell you anything, unless you accept marketing cookies: then Meta receives identifiers of your visit. Rejecting them prevents this, and you can reject them in the same notice.
If you believe we are not doing it right:
write to us first and we will look into it. And if you are still not convinced, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country. If you are in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
