- What is contracted:whatever the signed quote states. That document takes precedence over anything on this website.
- How payment is made and what happens in case of delay, by either party.
- Whose is what:your domain, your content, and your data are yours. The platform on which the service is built is ours, and if you cease to be a client, it will no longer be available.
- How it ends:by giving advance notice, with your data exported and delivered.
- The law of the United Arab Emirates applies, and any discrepancy is submitted to the courts of Sharjah, where the company is domiciled.
- By contracting the service or using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, let us know before contracting.
- What cannot be done with the service:using it for anything illegal, attempting to access areas you are not authorized for, uploading harmful software, or publishing content for which you do not have rights.
- What we are responsible for and what we are not:we are responsible for the service we provide and for doing so with due diligence. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or for actions taken by a third party you hire.
- If we change these terms, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance.
- How to renew and how to stop:the monthly fee renews automatically while the service is active, and you can cancel it at any time by giving notice before the next renewal. Amounts already paid are not prorated.
